This bastard is not able to complete any project! The portfolio that appears on his site and with which he will “impress” you is FALSE and FICTION, they do not work, and the works that he has ever been commissioned are so primitive and insignificant that they are typical for his level of programming knowledge and his rotten creature. People who are knowledgeable in programming and meticulous in verifying information, people immediately kick him and stay away from him. When you persistently and intently begin to study these "incredible complexity" of work, you will find that these projects are closed or incomplete. To the question "why are closed", he will dodge like a worm and refer to customers who, for some strange reason, "abandoned" this project or did not "pull" it for financial reasons. As you know, in any project, customers invest their strengths, the strengths of additional employees (designers, copywriters, catalogers) and, of course, the money they earn with their labor. It is impossible to abandon a project in which so many forces were involved. And all these projects are abandoned for one reason - Alexander Bespalov deceived his customers.

How did our “work” go with this scammer? We drew up the terms of reference, Alexander Bespalov got acquainted with him and stated that he would easily complete it in 2 months. We gave 3 months to execute the contract and signed papers. After receiving an advance payment of 162,000 rubles, he disappeared and did not contact. He did not report on the progress of work and the amount of work done. After 3 months, he said that he periodically conducted some updates of CMS DNN and debugging. Our questions What are you trying to fix? and "Where is the site itself?" he replied: - Work is going on. His promises lasted 1.5 years. He deliberately spent time investing our money in himself and his needs. When compiling catalogs and reference books by our employees, he deliberately created problems for us to stagnate. Thus, he distracted our attention and dragged on time. When 2 years have passed !!!!! He wanted to get the second part of the money from us and he was already behaving like an impudent and a boor, declaring that he had no money and resources to continue work !!! Allegedly pay the rest, because quite a bit more and the project will start. Of course, you will say: - Friend, are you an idiot? It was necessary to send this thief and write a statement to the court. As a result, he received from us the second part of the money and ..... nothing. He replied: - I have neither money nor time to deal with you !!!! When I said that we were suing, I replied: “Yeah, come on, you're not the first.” I will file a response, and thanks to my connections, you will owe me !!!
